Manifold have been the calls for an update these past few days, so as a very special Christmas present (despite the fact that I don't celebrate Christmas and do actually hate it) I shall indulge you and give you this goodie-filled nonsense-rambling entry! Yay!

Yeah I've not had one of these updates in a while, so here's a quick one, for the sake of continuity.

So my (!) Leona won the X-factor, as well she should. :D That makes me the most proudest (!) person in the world on this website. (lol) But I must say Ray was very cute on this show - he does have a high likeability factor (shush Mel!). And he sure is more eloquent than her uh? :|

Sooo... can we make it to 50 comments again...?? (only kidding!)

He's a British comedian, probably best known for his books Are You Dave Gorman? and Dave Gorman's Googlewhack Adventure (yes he likes to have his name in book titles).

Anyway. He also takes pretty pics, and I highly recommend his "most interesting photos" set on Flickr, and most notably his cities by night, such as Stockholm, New York, London, Chicago, Seattle, and so on.

Yay for Flickr awesomeness! (I should probably start using to keep track of this stuff)

I've always wondered where Brighton's red light district was, and how come I didn't know this... so today I googled it and behold:

There has never been a red light district in Brighton and Hove, unlike cities further along the coast, such as Portsmouth. [source]

And yes, I was reminded of this by news of the Ipswich ripper - strangely fascinating. But bad of course. Baad!

PS Heroine/Girl has blogged about the case - she knows the streets first hand and apparently knows a Suffolk cop too. Go read!
