The Mika Effect
Running around with a big silly grin on my face. 
So much so that random guy in street grinned back at me. Which made me grin even more of course. And probably made him wonder what the hell I was on.
Placebo have cancelled another show in the US (2nd one, cuz Brian has bronchitis). I am so glad they have never cancelled on me – I would die! Well actually they postponed the very first one, but back then I wasn’t addicted yet. Now… they just wouldn’t be allowed.
I’ve found out the 2 Mika gigs I could go to (Brighton & London) are exactly before and after my Paris trip (for which I have to get up at 3am of course, and will probably have to sleep at Heathrow on my way back). So if I manage to get tickets I will be a very very tired Wam. If you have any (cheap) ideas for a “wild wacky outfit” for the competition btw feel free to share. I have one but not sure how feasible it is yet.
Oh and in case anyone’s interested, I’ve scanned the attitude interview for Mon, so you can read too if you want – page 1, page 2, page 3, page 4.

New York is astonishingly beautiful. Like, really breathtakingly amazing. That’s why I watch CSI:NY (well, and also cuz Gary Sinise is kinda hot). Those aerial shots of Manhattan are like porn.
