Oh look, it’s past midnight again!

I very much feel like not updating, but since I got told off twice previously I thought I’d try to get to 200 words at least or something. I just got back from Jana’s where we had a nice “inauguration dinner” (she’s just moved). My girls are cute.

On my way back I had another “Bath moment.” This is seriously bothering me at the moment. Well, not all the time, but whenever I am in need of something to bother me it is right there! [in case you’d missed it: I fell in love with Bath this Easter. I could’ve done my MA in Bath but didn’t out of pure stupidity, laziness, and infatuation-with-stupid-guy] So whenever I have these moments I think about what to do about it and it seems so irrational. Sure I could move there, but I’ve just bought a flat, decorated it exactly to my tastes, and I would hate to rent it out… plus Brighton is close to London (concerts, airports….) and has the sea. And I have a job. But then I get this stupid urge, I feel I JUST HAVE TO live in Bath for a bit, if only to find out it isn’t all that great after all. I’ll need to… well I dunno, I guess I’ll need to go there for longer than one day to start with and see how I feel about it. Train is 3hrs. I think I’ll make that my June project. Bath. 😡

Ah yes one thing I was gonna write about last night was the Castro Death Guessing Game. I spent ages looking for a WordPress backup that included the comments (since they got lost somewhere along the way). I eventually found it and got confirmation that even stagiaire’s date has now passed (she gave 1st Feb 2009), but since he’s still alive and my rules were “whoever gets closest to the actual date wins” this means she does indeed win as predicted by herself. 😛 I said the winner would get “one of my T-shirt designs of their choice (or if they’re very sweet I might make them a new one)” so I think I might try to think of a fun/cute design for her… in a tiny size. 🙂
