Luxembourg thoughts

Figured I’d write down some thoughts and impressions about my trip to Luxembourg, seeing as I’ll be moving back there in about half a year, after nearly 18 years in the UK altogether.

I was a bit apprehensive about going (I went for a Placebo concert, inevitably), especially as my recent trip to Paris had been pretty depressing. I was however pleasantly surprised! I made the VERY GOOD decision of borrowing a bike from an old school friend. Everything is better with a bike! Luxembourg is pretty. It’s also rich and therefore much better maintained than, um, other countries I won’t name. Lots of building sites tho. But lots of pretty great cycle paths, too!

Ugh, my cat is in the way and it is really hard to type. I need to work tho. Anyway, the concert was great, seeing friends was nice, cycling was lovely… and I am no longer quite so scared of moving back, tho still not sure how I will afford to eat there. *lol*
