People in Brighton were the most positive and felt the luckiest of any town or city in the UK, a survey by the National Lottery revealed on Friday.

The city topped the poll, with 93% of residents asked considering themselves lucky. In second-placed Liverpool, 87% of people thought they were lucky.
"We were not surprised. Anyone going to Brighton cannot ignore the buzz," said psychologist Linda Papodopoulos.
Reading was third (84%), Manchester and Cardiff polled 79% and London 76%
