Anyway here's a sample of pics from Riga...
They're really the more personal ones, all the sightseeing ones (there are loads) I will hopefully one day add to the Picture Gallery. So, (more or less) in the order that they were taken...
The canal that we were gonna (but didn't) drown ourselves in. We were also gonna rent one of those pedal boats but somehow didn't get round to it.
Lo's fluffy cat named Chernushka I believe (sth like "Blacky"),
but known to me as Fluffycat (obviously).
Lo's fat rat named Sebastian (haha), aka Fatrat.
Wet and unhappy (and not so fluffy) cat after being washed cuz was
dirty and smelly. In front of the Fatrat cage.
The beach near where Lo lives (well, not that near. Ok 20min walk but I was
very tired. And anyway I live closer to the beach!
)

Lo has lots of green stuff. This is a very small sample. Greeeen
5 Lats notes are green too. As is this snake.
We thought that this tomb sculpture looked uncannily like Michael Jackson.
Placebo fans in Riga!!!
We saw this just a few hours after we had learnt that they're gonna play Wembley.
They had some balloon.. thing going on. We were at the Skyline bar
on the 25th floor of a posh hotel. So I took a pic.
Remember that entry Lo did about the Carcer, that place at uni where students used to be locked up for smoking and the like? She took me there too.
Wow! Lo actually gave permission to publish a pic where you can see her face!!
Unfortunately it's a bit blurred (I was trying to hide the cam) but it's very cute!

OMG, that IS Michael Jackson! And is it just me or has Lo got the same taste when it comes to decoration (green and snakes...)

LOL I'm not sure, I love to have lots of green stuff around, 2 snakes I have are quite accidental though.
