Posted by: Sanja at Thu June 24, 2004 12:15Hey Kal, you live in America, right? Where exactly? If you have so many Bosnian friends, do you know anyone from Mostar?
Posted by: Sanja at Thu June 24, 2004 12:23I won't love the Czech Republic on Sunday
Posted by: Dee at Thu June 24, 2004 13:16PS: Looking forward to the "Buhbye Denmark" entry then.
Posted by: Dee at Thu June 24, 2004 13:17I don't want Denmark out, I did want Germany out.

Posted by: Dee at Thu June 24, 2004 15:19Tonight quarter final England-Portugal is on as you probably all know. Wonder what would be the greater trial of courage: going to an English pub with a Portugal shirt or going to a Portuguese pub (yes, we do have lots of'em here) with an England shirt
Football watching is twice the fun for (hetero) women: footie itself and those fit players. Has anybody noticed this gorgeous Croatian/German player Nico Kovac? All I'm saying is

And they both sound scary to me

Does anyone know whose word it is originally?
Posted by: Sanja at Fri June 25, 2004 17:06Allez les Grecs!
Ein Hoch auf Rehagel!
Allez les Grecs!
Ein Hoch auf Rehagel!
We use ananas too It's actually quite a funny word.
Dee, you never know! If one of the Danish just breaks Nedveds foot like the Portugese did with Rooney's foot, you might have a chance! Tonight we're up against Sverige, hehe do you think they have a DIY construction set from Ikea to build their goal?
I'm glad England is out. Portugal is my favourite after Holland!
Posted by: Evelien at Sat June 26, 2004 14:42@ Tobias.
No idea @ Ananas, but I'm sure if can be found out. Probably one of the languages of the countries that have them.
Posted by: Clarissa at Sat June 26, 2004 16:06@England out. It wasn't a great victory for the Portuguese tho, was it? And cute Michael Owen scored in the first 3 minutes when nobody expected it
