Hooray, I've finally put My Pics of Places back online.... well it's really a more general Image Gallery, I'm hoping to put more pics online. Right now it only has general touristy pics, but I'll put my cemetery pics online too and maybe random stuff later as well.

At the moment the pictures don't have descriptions, after all the resizing and uploading I really couldn't be arsed. I'm hoping to add them later - well, whenever I feel like it, bit by bit. But I'll do the Cemeteries first. :-)

Prince rang yesterday, you know, the guy I met on my way back from the UK. He's overly keen on meeting up, he wants to come down the week-end after next, obviously there is no way! *lmao* Why do I keep getting myself in these situations? I'm such a cow!

Oh, and my mum said she'd pay for me to have my eyes done... you know, Lasik surgery, so I won't need glasses anymore. Funky ey? :D

Lasik? My sort-of-uncle did that a couple of years ago. He said it was painful the first few days, but it was worth it because he's never used glasses ever since.

I read on the Lasik site how they do it and huuuugh... I could NEVER go though that. Its not the pain I would be scared of, but the sound and the SMELL! I had a doctor burn my flesh when I was going through surgery on my toes last year and that smelled really weird. But my feet were hidden behind a curtain. There's no way you can hide your eyes from your sight. *scared* And what happens if you accidently look to the side during a mili second while the laser is on? God, youre brave if you go through that. Dont wanna scare you... it went fine with my uncle, so I guess it's worth it. But Im not that brave at all.

So... are you gonna do it?

I had Lasik and was a bit painful after the operation and already not painful next morning.
During the operation no scary sounds or smells.
They put some thingie on your eye so that you can't close it.The light which you can't avoid to look at,they tell you to fix your look on the red spot ....unpleasant but not really painful and not long.

It just have to be an experienced specialist with not less than 200 operations.

There's a risk of course and I was scared in the beginnig but knew that would do it anyway.
And It's really worth it, was great to look with your own eyes again, you feel different from what you was, like started a new life.
LoL I sound pathetic but it's what I felt.

Yeah I know the way they do it is scary, but you don't notice it. Thanks for the detail tho But yeah, I'm gonna do it. Am a BIT scared as there are certain risks, but I also think it's worth it.

Ah yes @ Switzerland pics, there is more to come, I don't have many so they will be in my "Misc" section, but I have to find more pics for that section first.
