This is the most important part of the make up. The scary black eyebrows give JL her unmistakable look. Use black eye pencil (or special eyebrow pencil) on, above & below the eyebrow. Make them very dark very arched very thick Voilà! Your eyes are now done! You can, if you want, add white eyeshadow on the top half of the lids, as well as on the rest of the face (to increase the pale look and later, the high contrast effect).
