The inevitable and most obvious editing done is, of course, greyscaling the image. We also recommend increasing the contrast (and the brightness, if necessary). On top of that, you can add/edit/change as much as you like. Remember: we want it cluttered! Add text, play around with Photoshop brushes, scribble on it or anything else you fancy.
